Delivered and handed over properly
IT projects delivered properly,
and left supportable.
IT projects rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because nobody owns what happens after go-live: the migration completes, the consultant invoices, and three months later something breaks that nobody documented. That handover is where we put the discipline.
- SharePoint and Teams migrations - move your files and collaboration to the cloud
- Network design and deployment - switches, firewalls, and cabling done right
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) design and deployment - reliable coverage across your entire site
- Server deployments and upgrades - physical and virtual infrastructure, on-premises or hybrid
- Office relocations and new site setups - full technology delivery for your new space
- Project scoping and management - clear scope, timeline, and delivery from start to finish
- Major facility builds - networks, WiFi, compute, storage, and converged virtual environments for new or redeveloped sites
- Site and asset technology - RTLS and related systems for construction and industrial environments
Delivered to work in the real business - and left documented and supportable.
We deliver with the same discipline we use in managed services: clear scope, practical communication, security considered from the start, documentation, handover, and support after the work is done.
We take ownership of the outcome, not just the tasks. Project delivery sits under our managed IT plans, so the moment a project goes live it rolls into the support you already have. If you are not yet a managed customer, a significant project such as a new site build or a major migration is often the natural place to start. We scope the project and the path to ongoing support together, so you see the full picture before committing to either.
Major projects
ICT for greenfield and brownfield facility projects
Some projects are bigger than a migration. New depots, plants, warehouses, and site offices need networks, WiFi, compute, storage, and a converged virtual environment designed and built before anyone moves in. We deliver that scope in full: structured cabling and wireless coverage, core and edge compute, storage and backup, virtualisation, and where a site needs it, RTLS and other site or asset technology. The same discipline applies as any other project: a written scope, a defined finish line, and a documented handover into ongoing support.
Talk to us about a facility buildCommon questions
Can you run a project if we’re not on a managed plan?
Project delivery sits under our managed IT plans, so what we build rolls straight into support rather than becoming an orphaned system nobody owns. If you are not on a plan yet, a major project like a new site build or a network refresh is often exactly when it makes sense to start one. We will scope the project and the ongoing plan together, so you know the full picture before committing to either.
How do you scope a project before quoting?
A short scoping conversation, a review of the environment, and a written scope with a clear list of deliverables and exclusions. Larger projects sometimes need a paid scoping phase; that is called out before any commitment.
How long does a typical Microsoft 365 migration take?
For a 20 to 50 user business, four to eight weeks is typical, including discovery, tenant setup, mailbox and file migrations, security baseline, and a clean cutover with rollback. Bigger environments or messier legacy systems take longer; we’ll set a realistic timeline.
What happens after the project is live?
A documented handover with diagrams, configuration notes, and a defined hypercare window, then the environment rolls straight into your managed plan for ongoing support.
Can you work alongside another vendor on a project?
Yes. Office moves and infrastructure projects regularly involve telcos, ISPs, electrical contractors, AV vendors, and incumbent IT. We’re comfortable coordinating across all of them and being the single accountable party for the technology outcome.
Let’s scope your project.
