Put AI to work
in the business.
Most of what's written about AI for small business is noise. We help you find the few places it genuinely saves hours, and skip the rest.
- AI readiness assessment - understand where AI can genuinely add value in your business
- Microsoft Copilot deployment and adoption - get your team using AI tools effectively from day one
- Process automation - identify and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- AI tool evaluation and recommendations - cut through the noise and find what fits your needs
- Workflow integration - connect AI tools to your existing systems and processes
AI that earns its place in your business.
AI is only useful when it has the right information, the right permissions, and a safe place to operate. If your Microsoft 365 environment is messy, your files are poorly structured, or your permissions are too open, AI can create more risk than value.
That is why we offer AI Enablement only to customers on our managed IT plans. We own the foundations, so we can stand behind what we put on top of them.
On the right workflows, AI delivers measurable time savings: inbox triage, invoicing review, document drafting, meeting notes, and proposal generation. We help you find the workflows where it pays back, and ignore the ones where it does not.
AI Enablement is a paid add-on for customers on our managed IT plans. That is how we make sure the foundations stay right as AI sits on top of them.

Is AI actually worth it for a small business?
For some workflows, absolutely. For others, no. The honest answer is that most SMBs have a handful of repetitive tasks where AI saves real hours, plus a much longer list of places where it would just add noise. Our job is to find the first list and ignore the second.
Why is AI only available to managed-service customers?
Because AI sits on top of foundations: identities, Microsoft 365 configuration, data permissions, security baseline. These have to be right and stay right. If we do not own that layer, we cannot guarantee the AI work will not leak data or be undone by configuration drift in three months.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?
Not always. For some businesses Copilot is the right entry point; for others, a smaller pilot with a handful of licences, or third-party AI tooling for specific workflows, makes more sense. We’ll talk through the options before recommending licences you don’t need.
Is our data safe if we use AI tools?
It depends entirely on which tool, how it’s configured, and what data it can see. We help you set up tools with appropriate data boundaries, draft an AI safe-use policy your staff will read, and avoid the patterns that quietly send customer data into public training sets.
How long before we see results?
Quick wins from Copilot in Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams show up within weeks. Workflow automation projects (e.g. inbox triage, document classification, report generation) typically deliver measurable time savings within one to two months once scoped.
