A Western Australian civil construction group was running its entire job, crew, and machine schedule on a shared spreadsheet, a manual way of working that was holding the business back as it grew. We designed and built a web application from the ground up: a real-time, multi-user works management platform shaped around exactly how the business runs. Every job, crew assignment, and machine booking became queryable, reportable data, turning daily operations into live business insight.

We brought the software architecture, security design, and development expertise. We use AI coding tools, including Claude Code, in how we build, which gets us from prototype to production faster.
